Southern Landings Course Details

Southern Landings Golf Club course accommodates players of all skill levels. The course features five sets of tees, with a total distance that can range between 4,875 and 7,000 yards with a comfortable 6,284 in between. The thought-provoking layout will challenge seasoned players while the picturesque scenery helps rookies relax as they learn this classic game. The TIF Eagle greens, rebuilt in 2005, have matured into the kind of "greens the pros" play with consistent 10 STIMP readings and quicker for tournaments. Our membership boasts a large number of "single-digit" golfers, but players can always find a friendly group to join and match handicaps.

A round at Southern Landings beings on the Trestle Course and finishes on the Bluff Course with its signature No. 14 hole.

The Trestle takes its name from the wooden bridge crossing the lake on #6. Among the popular holes on this nine is #4, a long and tight par-5 that measures seemingly never ending 632 yards from the back tees and 451 from the most forward. A lateral water hazard extends the length of the hole on the left side with an out of bounds the entire hole on the right. No. 4 is a true 3 shot par-5 with a slight dogleg to the right. A slight fade off the tee will put you in good position. Use the bank on the right to help shape your second shot.  Don’t ease up after this hole... #5 is a long, straight par-4 (450 yards from the back tees and 310 from the forward). Try to avoid the three fairway bunkers on the right. It is almost impossible to reach the green from them.
